You can use any type of paint to paint the handles if you dont have adequate outside space to use the spray pain, but it will take a lot longer to do so. Once the handles are dry, you are ready to assemble the fans. Apply the adhesive to the two back sides of the fan program. Put a handle between the two sides and place the other sheet on top of the side with the handle on it. I left about 3. 5 of the handle sticking out of the bottom of the program, but you can decide how long you would like your handle to be. Press the two sides together. Continue for each program. Once the fan programs were assembled, I went around each program and trimmed the edges so that the two sides met perfectly.
